Home Based Tourists

So feeling a bit better today (all that soup, sleep and meds). Weather was lovely so off to town for the bus tour. Learned loads about Auld Reeky that we never knew before and got some ok snaps (tough on a tour bus).

Got off at Grey Friar's Graveyard for a wonder about (some folk find that a bit morbid, we as a family find the history pretty fascinating). As you can see the Mrs and Meg studying one of the crypts.

Back home for some nice dinner (a wee recipe of the internet) with the lovely John Dory I got from the fish monger's. Went down well "now I would pay for that in a restaurant"!!

Oh and to top the day off I have been contacted through Flickr to have some of my pictures published in a book about Lighthouses for some charity that fund raises to keep them in tip top condition! How pleased was I !!!!
