Start as You Mean to Go On

This is Katie age 5.

Hopefully she will grow up thinking that washing up is a fun game.

That's the plan anyway.

It was Nanny Irene's Birthday today, it doesn't seem right somehow but we celebrated by letting her slave away all morning cooking us all a delicious roast dinner, all washed down with a few bottles of red.

We enjoyed it, which is the main thing.

I think she did too.
