Properly chilled

Begin this hot, lazy day splashing around with the kids in the pool. They'd have spent all day in it if they could, but I tell them we'll go back in later. Of course, this only means they spend all day asking if it's time to go back in the pool yet.

Have a look around Sant'Agata (which doesn't take long!) and enjoy the best Spaghetti alle Vongole ever. Along with a cooling carafe of white-wine-with-peaches-in,* which is oddly delicious.


*there is, probably, a more correct and succinct name, but I don't know it.
