Last Day

This is such a lame picture to describe such a fantastic day! It was the only one I took that didn't have any campers in it, though, so it'll have to do.

I spent most of the day running around the camp while everyone was in their workshops, speaking to people and collecting information about them for the booklet I mentioned yesterday. I achieved my goal and had spoken to everyone by lunchtime. Some of the other leaders were designing the booklet and after lunch I began typing up my notes so we could copy them into the file later on. We had the evening meeting in the afternoon, which was an open mic session so the campers could share their own stories. I don't know how many of the kids came up and spoke, but quite a few did, and their stories were really encouraging.

After the meeting and our group time, I finished typing up the biographies and by this time the show was starting. The dances, dramas, songs and exhibitions were amazing, and the film (pictured) had everyone laughing. Those of us working on the booklet had it finished but it took us most of the show to get it to print properly!
