How weird is this weather!??!

One minute rain the next minute sun!! Flicking between the two all day here. Not moaning about the weather though, to much else to say and I'm shattered after the festivities of yesterday.

Well started off with the first child arriving at 10.45am and then the last adult left at 11.45pm last night. Which is why couldn't blip much yesterday about the chameleon, just quick pic. Which is a shame cause if i'd stopped and looked at the pic would probably have said more about the little fella and him looking very disgruntled at being held. He was happy though i was assured had he not been happy he would have gone black but he was a lovely green colour.

The reptile man was half an hour late, as there had been an accident on route and then he couldn't find us, so was getting slightly nervous, had visions of me disappearing in the garden looking for my own bugs, then getting G to entertain them with an array of worms and bees etc, but thankfully he did turn up to 12 very excited little boys.
He was brilliant with them all though as he travels around schools teaching kids about the reptiles so he was very knowledgable and answered all their questions, he had snakes and lizards and even a meerkat with him who was gorgeous. sooo sweet looking.

Then after the reptile man they had they lunch and the last half hour my nephew who's a magician came over and did some magic tricks for them. My brother bless him takes him around to all the parties he does so he's a dab hand with model balloons and was making swords and there was even a motorbike balloon model which was very impressive.

After all the children had departed our friends came over. B's birthday weekend has turned into an annual party, as there kids are our kids friends we've always just said why don't you stay after and we'll do a BBQ. We always have a great time. They really are the best friends anyone could ask for. Hence not leaving till late!!! We where looking at all the pics from previous nights out and saying that when we're old and all sitting in our retirement homes we'll have plenty to laugh about!!!
