"...banana leaves, oak tree leaves..."

This quote came into my head as I was wandering around Mugdock with the dog this morning.
It's from a lecture I had on a series of tapes given by an amazing Indian Jesuit Priest and psychologist called Tony de Mello.
The lecture was called 'Wake up to Life' and was the single most useful, insightful instruction I ever received from anyone ever. Ok well maybe not ever, but certainly good for me at that time in my life...
The lecture was about spirituality with religion taken firmly out of the equation. I used to listen to it a lot. He was funny and had a great lilting Indian accent which I can hear now saying the quote.
