Under the Table

Enjoyed a nice lunch by City Hall Park with a friend. We ate at a food cart serving up tasty Mexican food. While it is near the Brooklyn Bridge with the mass of tourists streaming by, it is relatively tucked away, and I got the sense that it's a popular lunch spot for people who work near City Hall.
