Fiery Blades

Our Canna is alit with the late afternoon sunshine (and soon will be unfurling its tropically lovely blossom above the pond). One of the koi swam up to say hi. Since his coloring almost matched the leaves, this became my keeper shot of the day. Thought the shadow on the right leaf resembled a pofile of Buddha!

Not much seemed to work today. My camera wasn't synching with me, despite lots of attempts to find an interesting photo. I ended up settling and frustrated. Seems like a theme for me lately in my life. Tomorrow will be better, I hope!
