Envy is a terrible thing

The rain it did dump.
The sun it did hide.
The spitfire did rest.
The neighbour did pine.

Such a shame that he didn't get out for a run in his yellow motorised skateboard.

Mr.R has been invited to volunteer tomorrow to see some more very "Upmarket" skateboards at a local millionaire's party to help raise money for charity. He gets to dress up as a teddybear too. What more could a young man ask for?

Spent the day splitting myself into three areas today.

1 Scraping a sugar-soaping a bedroom ready for painting.
2 Helping Ally clean yet more discovered muck from the inards of "Claudette".
3 Feeding the family, Home made Minestrone, Dropped scones and home grown Salad for dinner.

Oh and I forgot,
4 Just finished loping the locks off Mr.R for his Teddybear debut.

Tonight we sampled the Scrumpy we brought back from Glastonbury............it was scrummy. It might make me sleep a wee bit better tonight, if the thunder doesn't keep me awake.
