Rainy Day

A rainy grey day here in Ottawa today and for some reason when it rains I always bake. On Wednesday I made cinnamon buns, mmmmmm they were good and today Bethannie and I made blueberry scones. I think they were a wee bit darker than I would have wanted but they tasted scrumdidiliumtious. When I took this picture there were four missing because we just had to taste test straight out the oven with some butter (just encase they were poisoned, that's what I tell the kids when I want one of their sweeties).

Note:- Don't know if scrumdidiliumtious is a word, but I like it.
