More rain

I get quite nervous now every time there's a heavy rainfall. Last weekend left a lasting impression...But it's ok, the balcony cannot flood anymore, as long as the inspection hatch remains open.

This morning tidying of the flat in preparation for return from holidays. Tomorrow packing of summer clothes (they're not needed here just now, are they?) and then I must design my dad's birthday invite. I would have liked to have more time for that but that's the way it has to be. I usally work better under pressure anyway so if I manage to pack tomorrow for Wednesday I will be doing really well!

Went to see one of B's colleagues and her family. Nice time, the kids played first indoors then outdoors for a while and we managed to get home before the next big downpour.

Evening spent with more preparations. Must find a little calculator thingy for my bank account and don't quite know where to start. Am hopeful to find it though...

Quite liked the lines on this blip. Could have put the volcano blip, we made a homemade volcano, using washing up liquid, bicarbonate of soda, red food colouring and vinegar! Impressive enough for the kids and very entertaining.
