interview time...

So, tonight after work Mrs BH and I schlepped over to the University of Warwick for our Games-maker interviews. There was a lot of chocolate (thanks to Cadbury's, one of the principal sponsors - mmm!), quite a lot of hype about how great the Olympics are (not that we needed telling, to be honest) and then a preliminary video including Eddie Izzard telling us not to tell the interviewers that we like cheese, which is a shame because I really do like cheese. But I'd already worked out that I'd probably be better off telling them something more relevant.

Anyway, we both had our interviews, and our initial responses were totally opposite - I thought it had gone really well; Mrs BH thought it had been terrible. But during our debrief on the way home we discussed our answers and generally thoguht that we'd both done fairly well. Now we just have to wait until October at the earliest, when they'll let us know.
