Cake decorator

Saw this man in the window of the local Blu Boy Chocolate Cafe and Cakery. Just sat himself down at one of the cafe tables to do his work. Looks like he was getting a wedding cake finished.

Not sure about that top tier...looks a little lopsided to me...
