Hammering Steel

I went of to one of my workmates today to observe and participate in his steelwork hobby. Apart from anything else it was fascinating and what was even better was that I left with some hooks that I made for my BBQ area. It was hot work standing next to his furnace, continuously heating then hammering the steel to shape it.

What is cool (or hot) is that I had a glance around in the garage when I got home and I discovered that I have most of the tools I need to be able to do it myself.
