My Favorite Indian Snack - Pani Puri

"Pani" stands for yummy sour, slightly spicy water
and "Puri" stands for the tiny crispy puffed bread

One would punch a hole in the puffed bread, add few pinches of specially made mashed potato, onion pieces and dip it in the sour water to fill it up.

Then.. place it in the mouth and mmmmmmaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!
