Illness slowly leaves the Shandonners. A trailing sore throat accompanied me as I marked, deposited pooch at the vet, and went for some messages.

Rather partial to duck eggs as I am, today was the first time I got not one but two that were in fact duck-egg blue. Shame the blips didn't agree. I wonder if they are like moons?


Most of the debris from the renovations below have moved from the landing to the stairwell. I'm not sure why this mirror has been left outside the door. Shoe fetish?
