Mason wasp

I think it's a mason wasp of some sort - also known as potter wasps, because they make nests out of mud or clay. I know it isn't an ordinary common wasp and I know the flower's astrantia, which was also attracting some hover flies.
You need to see this large because I didn't want to crop the background flowers out.
