Nectarine

A bright day today, but what lies ahead for the weekend looks dull, cold and gloomy. I thought I'd make the most of the sun by using it to light these nectarines on the table in the garden (I like to give the neighbours something to talk about...)

In other news, Hannah has gone for an end of term day trip to Butlins, and was last seen heading towards Bognor in a pink double decker bus. It's school report day for the boys today as well...I'm sure I will be passing a comment on that tomorrow. Oh, and the gnarled roots from yesterday have been chopped down today...I got there just in time!
