Beach Huts

As promised more from the South Bank. I saw these beach huts open on Saturday plying their trade.

Beach huts at the seaside can be worth a fortune and many of them are listed buildings with strict regulations about what colours you can paint them and what you can do with them.

Elsewhere in the world of Alison last night I cooked bolognaise for 32 people (approximately, give or take) for Guide camp in two weeks time.

This morning I remembered why I really shouldn't wear a short straight skirt and try and cycle to the station. I bet Bradley Wiggins doesn't have this trouble!
