I really should stop buying any more cellaring beer until I make room in my beer fridge, but Michael the beer man at the Food Co-op keeps finding rare beers that he "knows I will just love". This was today's special.

This Saison - Brett gets an "Outstanding" rating by the Beeradvocate. I can tell from the reviewers' comments that Michael is right this time. Even though it would benefit from cellaring, it's drinkable now. I'll try it, and if it's as good as it sounds, I'm sure I could make room for one more in the fridge.
