Moose and I

A rare public sighting of the Ginger Moose! Had a lovely evening at the pub with some fabulous people.

Had a good counselling session this morning too. We've started working on building my self esteem. And I got a lovely compliment when she said how proud she is of me for getting help and doing it off my own back and that she admires how brave I am to look so deeply into who I am and find ways to cope and understand myself better. I just have to start believing her when she says things like that...
