What's in a name?

This decrepit building has been empty for ages now. The other day though, I noticed one of the boarded-up doors had been un-boarded. Hard to see whether this was because someone was refurbishing it, breaking into it or just vandalising it ... and it didn't look like anyone cared.

It used to be a lap-dancing club - but it obviously wasn't much of a success.

Apparently a lot of guys couldn't find it.
