Killer Dance

Zumba has to have a more fitting name, and I certainly am at a loss to understand what kind of dance is standing on the spot running as fast as you can, whilst someone behind you is holding your shoulders down......mmmmm Oh well I`ll keep at it.

And then lent my ear to a friend, although the steam had gone out of the rant by the time my ear arrived xx
