Coffee Choux Buns

I made these today! Along with another two dozen crispy cakes and sixteen meringues.

I also sort of made the cake stand....one lurid 12inch record and a cake stand centre, and it's cakestands a-go-go.

I've made profiteroles and eclairs before but never these big as your fist buns...I was worried they would not pouffe up properly but they did! :D
