Now when it's the biking season, I pass this spot almost daily on my way to work and back. The dock has nice deck chairs but I've never ever seen anybody there.
Can't blame.

Btw, the power plant on the other side has the tallest structure of Helsinki, a 150m high chimney. And yes, it uses coal.
