RED!

One of the things I love about working from home is that I can use my 'lunch break' on expanding my skills in baking, among other things. I'm not a big dessert fan, but boy I LOVE Hummingbird's red velvet cupcakes (!!!) and strawberry french macaroons.

So today, we decided to bake two of my favourite things (first time) - all in 1hr! (legendary, I know!)

The red velvet cupcakes were delicious however, the macaroons we're slightly lumpy but tasted yummy nonetheless! This is bad news for our tummy line though, I've had 4 cupcakes and 6 macaroons and it's only 5pm!

Watch out world... you have a king & queen of cupcakes/macaroons in the making!!
