Return

"I don't feel sad about letting you go, I just feel sad about letting you kno-ooow"

It's my return today. I've decided to keep the writing short because I've also done a backblip that you should check out. I like it, and unusually for me the back blip is SOOC. It hurt me to do it, but I had to. My new laptop doesn't have CS5 on it.

Yet.

So this is a view of Lincolns wonderful cathedral, it is taken approximately twelve or thirteen miles from the building. 'My my,' I hear you say: 'that is a good picture to be taking with that standard lens you have'. Isn't it? You'd almost think that a parent had given me £70 to buy a Sigma 70-300mm lens wouldn't you, and that this was the first picture took with it. It's not SOOC though as I've hit the works laptop to stick it on, and have the benefit of my second favourite drug CS5.

There's some writing on the other blip, read that for laughs if this was a bit light on them. I will be on with commenting but bizarrely it'll be the weekend from home and not now. However thanks to everyone who missed me when I was away, very touching.

This week I've been incredibly lucky and unlucky in equal amounts. I have new equipment, a new laptop, and yet I've also lost everything I've ever written and photographed. It's almost like on of those 'pleasure / pain' stories. Next week: my house burns to the ground and I discover I'm adopted as I make passionate love to a pair of supermodels with a fetish for both gingers and doing it while watching DVD's of Lincolns 5-3 play off semi final win of 2003 against Scum Scunthorpe.
