Solar Panel Lights???

Another day dawned with the tantrum of rain drops.
Its continuously raining here.
Not at all a good weather to get up at 0500 hrs and get ready for work.
Body says sleep a little more, mind says get up boy you got to go to work.
So the day starts with a tug of war.

Entering the campus saw these Solar Panelled Lights and was thinking on a cloudy day where will they get solar from !!!!
