A Dark Storm

Yet another migraine marred an otherwise excellent day "doing Insights" with my team. Ended up venturing off on to The Stray to do some speed work with S and A, which turned out to be the perfect remedy.

A torrent of water from the huge shower-head also proved therapeutic this eve. Tonight's Blip is named after one of the cocktails the restaurant bar served up.
