at a south Denver park with Jason, Bosely, Michael & Co., me, and Leah. Bosely can now catch a frisbee, by the way. Began with a 6.5 mile bike ride, casual-like, through Wash Park neighborhoods to Old South Gaylord to an amazing lunch (trout and eggs!)

need to go shower for the big dinner plans out tonight. more on everything later. thanks for all of the views and comments lately and I look forward to returning all of this when we get back to Fort Worth.
