Pizza Paradise

Home made pizza for tea, fantastic!

This little beauty had buffalo mozzarella, onion, sweet red pepper, hot dog and a wee sprinkling of parmesan. It tasted fantastic, it was the best dough I've made in a while too.

Today's shot was taken on my new memory card which is ridiculously fast. If you're in the UK it's a hot bargain. £17 for a 4Gb Sandisk Extreme 3 compact flash card from Amazon. It'll store 451 8Mp Raw images or 1066 full resolution JPEGs. Also when I was taking jpegs I put the camera on burst mode and held the shutter down to check how many shots I'de get before the speed of the card forced me to stop. I ended up getting bored and stopping myself when I reached 100 consecutive shots without removing my finger from the shutter button.

Ok I'll stop now as I'm getting too geeky.
