Mango madness

Bal at work got me a box of mangos (mangoes? mango's?) today - I love them - they are so much nicer than the ones we can buy at Tesco or Morrisons. They look a bit wrinkly and not as shiny as the supermarket ones but they taste delicious.

So we'll be having mango smoothies, chicken curry with mango and a mango salad over the next week - and I'll probably have one chopped up with yogurt too.

I know it's going to increase my food miles considerably but we do eat lots of locally grown and reared food too!
