Words of Wisdom!

Today's photography is a bit different, as I've been out and about in the city, but a bit off the beaten track, creating some walks for "Get Walking, Keep Walking" The idea is to show people a snapshot of the changing face of Sheffield through some of its old industrial buildings, some of which have been regenerated into student facilities, or art spaces, and its public and street art, which although often hidden away, can be thought-provoking, but what I like about it is that it is often witty. The shots tell a story - I hope you will take a look and form a good impression of my adopted home city from its often less glamorous side. Here they are
I also can't get away from wildlife. As I peered down one of the conduits which carry the river Sheaf after which the city is named, and which in the centre, seldom sees the light of day, what should I see but a grey wagtail cheerfully going about its business. Astonishing!
