The Lonely Pilgrim

The lonely Pilgrim makes his way along the causeway to Holy Island Northumberland ,he follows the in foot steps of other pilgrims since The monastery of Lindisfarne was founded by Irish born Saint Aidan in AD 635, this shot was taken on a dull day in January 2011,and this is one of my personal favorites :)
