Watch out for trains
Alison was off to look after her old folk so I took myself along the Moray coast. Sainsbury's outside Nairn looks just about ready to open but some delays on the A96 whilst they layout the access roads etc. Parked on the outskirts of Garforth and walked along the path of the old railway line and crossed the bridge over the river Spey to the east bank. The picture is taken from near the centre of the bridge looking east. It gives great views down towards Spey Bay and also upstream. After eating my piece returned to the west bank and drove a bit further to Kingston-on-Spey and walked along the beach a little - but the pebbles are the wrong size for easy walking.
