Ripples on the River

Glorious days and sublime nights especially the past 2 days. I slipped down to the river close by and watched the awesome twilight merge into night. A passing large launch upset my attempts to photograph the mirror-like river, however the lazy swoopy waves from the wash added another dimension. Hundreds of miniature replicas of the harbour lights to the back of the photo were reflected in the ripples - not so obvious in this smaller , low resolution image.
