McDonald B.C Park - Sidney/ Vancouver Island

Right of the Swartz Bay terminal. Our first B.C haven of the trip. Green and peaceful, more than affordable overnighting fee. Did I already mention it was green and peacful? The RV was in the beginning a dread to drive. After breakfast we headed for sunny Victoria.

The measurements of the RV cannot be seen in this picture (kids are 110cm high) but it is 26 feet (8,6m) long and is equipped with 5,7 l V10 engine that drinks 30l/100km.
