Coneflower

I keep taking pictures of these coneflowers because I love their green centers. Because of blipping I have learned that Echinacea, the generic name for these flowers, is rooted in the Greek word meaning hedgehog because of the spiky appearance and feel of the flowers' centers. What I learn from blipping!!
