Within an hour of being in the arena we had been completely soaked to the skin. The ground turned from soggy grass to mud that literally swallowed your wellies and nobody could stay clean. My phone ended up getting water damaged and broken which was annoying but I discovered how good the Hurts were live so I guess it was all worth it.
Foo Fighters were followed by bagpipes and fireworks to end the weekend with a Scottish bang.
