souvenirs

some people come back from holiday with straw donkeys, funny hats or sticks of rock. we come back with plants :-) several very promising fuschias, a couple of nice oddments, and a tiny araucaria, because we'd seen them everywhere and it seemed a fitting souvenir of dumfries-shire! they grow pretty slowly so it should be ok in a pot til i get myself a permanent garden...
