Jonty at 'Doggy School'

Jonty was 4 years old on Monday 11th, but you know that already if you follow his pet human's blipfoto calendar.
Since he was 12 weeks old he has been going to doggy (obedience) classes and some time ago achieved his GOLD GOOD CITIZEN DOG AWARD, from the Kennel Club of the UK.
However, he still goes to school purely because he enjoys it so much. As soon as I get the bag out, which contains all of his stuff such as Retrieve ring, Scent cloths, treat bag for rewards when he's brilliant (more often than not!), he sticks to me like glue. He knows exactly where I'm planning on going.

He's absolutely brilliant at the scenting exercises where he has to find the right cloth. Many people use a patterned cloth, or a different coloured cloth, but Jonty always uses a cloth which is identical to those being used by the instructor. I'm sure he would be a brilliant police scenting dog but no-one would take him seriously simply because he's a Bichon Frise!
