Today I did a Khmer cookery course. I now know how to make two types of spring rolls, mango salad, amok, curry and 3 types of horrible dessert (green beans, tapioca and coconut milk. Rough). The rest was nice though. After that we went to a museum, which was, in the words of a museum expert, "rubbish".

This was part of the cookery course, we were taken on a guided tour of the market and saw lots of delicious and not so delicious things. These frogs were skinned alive to stop them running away, and the fish next to them are lucky, the rest were still alive on the chopping board.
