White Winter Rose

Very appropriate for this week with the South Island inland areas shrouded in snow.....snow ploughs out and not able to keep up with the snow falls. Expected to last until the weekend too. Here on the coast the weather is OK, very chilly winds with squally showers passing through.

Its nice to be home and warm - expecting a visit from Jack tonight.

Snuck out with the torch when I got home from work and picked this white/green Helleborus or Winter Rose. They are so delicate and this one is a particular favourite of mine.
