Bird's Eye View

Another gorgeous beach day led me to this shot: a look at the lifeguards' vantage point, minus the crowds. Just the colorful umbrellas dotting the coastline, a seagull in flight, and of course, the gistening ocean before them. The heat had us all in the water frequently to cool off. The waves were kind of rough, but my daughter had a blast on her boogie board!
