Purple Clematis

My neighbor's purple clematis is putting on a show! Clematis has so many pretty colors, but this dark purple is always a favorite.

Monday chores, laundry, returning books to library and movies to video store. Fussing about and mostly quiet.

Tomorrow, lunch with a friend and my aunt. I was 19 years old when I met this lady. Nice that we still are friends after this long of time. We've talked about school, and dating, and we were each other's maid (matron in her case) of honor, and we raised our babies(well, she had babies and I had a baby) together for awhile, until she moved out of town. But they moved back to the Portland area and now we can see each other again and laugh and giggle.
