Emergency Food

its not just blips that need rustling up on demand - the cupboard was full of food, but nothing to eat (or so my hubby thought)

Possibly not to be a repeated speciality - crab meat pasta bake

Filled full of garlic mushrooms, red onion, chilli, olives in smoked oil - and a tin of crab meat rescued from my father in laws cupboard.

It was tasty, but just not quite there - fingers crossed its one of those meals that tastes better the next day because guess whats for lunch?
