Go for it!!!!!

The governor about 175m up the 203m climb out of Lochranza en route for Brodick.
Luckily we had a following wind, unluckily we'd stopped at the Arran distillery for lunch and a "dram".
Not a good idea honking for two miles after a dram!

She did really well - so did the bikes, a little front light when carrying 8kg of panniers on the back, and a slightly wider gear range would be nicer but if you can manage this sort of climb then it ain't too bad.
Got up to 34 mph (51kph) on the descent into Sannox on the other side - slightly scary.
27 miles today.

Islay is very pretty when the sun is shining, but it was cold......
