Sandy rock

Walked to the Strand between Oransay and Colonsay, but the tide wasn't low enough to risk crossing.
After yesterday's wind there were strange shapes on the beach, shells with ridges of sand behind them and pebbles on stalks.
I liked this rock, it looked like it was sailing in the sand.
Continued to the airport - hard top not grass and funded with EU money (for an island of 110 people).
Then back to the hotel for tea before catching the ferry to Islay.
