Plans For The Week Knackered

As you can see this is my right hand in strapping. I have been having twitches in it since last friday and today went to the hospital to get it looked at. Well the up shot of it is that I have somehow damaged the nerves going into my thumb which makes it tender and sore.

This has thrown my plans for the week out the window. You see i'm doing a 25 mile bike ride for charity on sunday and had planned to lots of miles to get ready for it but I won't be able too until later in the week. Holding the barr will be really uncomfortable as it is now. Other things like taking pic like this one with my left hand be be tricky too but i'll get by.


Sorry I haven't done much in the way of commenting of late but i've been busy and plan to get back to full operational repling soon.
