Self portrait

this is a selfish selfie with sole purpose to remind myself that i do enjoy running (taken after my training run, hence the perspiration, and yes I may not look too happy, but I was, honest) and that with renewal of the resolve I made 6 or so years ago to get a little bit fitter every year and do all i can to avoid setbacks, I will continue to get fitter and faster, not fatter.
